Welcome. Let’s get your property set up.
This short onboarding gives our team everything we need to take over management of your property. It takes about 20 minutes, saves as you go, and you can stop and come back anytime.
- Create your login. A username and password keep your answers private and let you return later.
- Answer a few sections. About you, the property, leasing, finances, utilities, keys and documents.
- Bring in help if you like. Share your login with a spouse, co-owner or assistant. You’ll both see the same answers, with a ✓ on each finished section.
- Insurance company and policy details
- Current lease, if there’s a tenant
- HOA contact, if you have one
- Phone photos of your deed and W-9 are fine
